These Terms of Use apply to your use of RV Service Escalation Kit.
RV Service Escalation Kit is a documentation and communication product for RV owners who want help organizing unresolved service, warranty, dealer, manufacturer, repair-delay, parts-delay, or related communication issues.
By using this product, you agree to these terms.
1. What This Product Does
RV Service Escalation Kit helps you organize information you provide into a structured escalation packet.
Your packet may include:
- Case summary
- Chronological timeline
- Evidence checklist
- Dealer follow-up email
- Manufacturer escalation email
- Warranty provider follow-up email, if applicable
- Resolution request letter
- Complaint-ready summary
- Safety concern add-on, if applicable
- Phone script
- Follow-up schedule
The packet is generated from your intake answers, written descriptions, selected document types, uploaded file names, customer-provided labels, supporting links, and other information you submit.
2. What This Product Does Not Do
RV Service Escalation Kit does not provide legal advice. It is not a law firm and does not represent you in any dispute.
The product does not:
- Determine whether a law has been violated
- Analyze lemon law eligibility
- Provide state-specific legal guidance
- Diagnose RV repair issues
- Provide technical defect analysis
- File complaints or claims for you
- Contact dealers, manufacturers, warranty providers, agencies, or repair shops on your behalf
- Negotiate on your behalf
- Guarantee a repair, refund, replacement, buyback, warranty approval, response, or complaint outcome
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all generated materials before using them. You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and where to send any emails, letters, summaries, or complaint-ready materials.
Do not send any generated communication unless it accurately reflects your situation.
You are also responsible for keeping your own copies of repair orders, emails, photos, warranty materials, receipts, complaint submissions, and any responses you receive.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. The quality and usefulness of your packet depends on the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of your intake answers.
RV Service Escalation Kit does not independently verify the information you submit.
5. Uploaded Documents and Supporting Links
Uploaded documents and supporting links are collected as supporting materials.
In v0.1, uploaded documents are not automatically read, parsed, OCR’d, summarized, analyzed, or legally reviewed.
The system may list uploaded file names, customer-provided labels, selected document types, supporting links, and customer-written descriptions in the packet.
Do not upload materials you do not want used to support your escalation packet. Do not upload materials that you do not have the right to provide.
6. No Guaranteed Outcome
RV Service Escalation Kit helps organize your facts and communications. It does not guarantee that any dealer, manufacturer, warranty provider, repair shop, agency, complaint channel, or other party will respond or take any specific action.
7. Payment
The price is $29.95 for one RV Service Escalation Packet, unless a different price is displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout and to provide accurate billing and contact information.
RV Service Escalation Kit does not store your full credit card number or complete payment credentials. Payment information is handled by Stripe or the applicable third-party payment processor according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Your order is not complete until payment is successfully processed and the required intake information is submitted. If payment is declined, canceled, reversed, disputed, or not completed, RV Service Escalation Kit is not required to prepare or deliver a packet.
The purchase is a one-time transaction and does not create a subscription, account, dashboard, portal, membership, or continuing service relationship.
Prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect an order that has already been successfully paid.
8. Order Fulfillment
After successful payment and submission of the required intake information, RV Service Escalation Kit will use the information you provide to prepare your escalation packet.
Your order may rely on manual or semi-automated fulfillment. Delivery timing may vary based on intake completeness, technical issues, payment verification, or support needs.
RV Service Escalation Kit may contact you if your submission appears incomplete, unclear, duplicative, fraudulent, or technically affected.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking your spam, junk, promotions, or similar folders for delivery emails.
9. Refunds
Because this product involves preparation of customized documents based on information submitted by the customer, all refund requests are reviewed manually.
If you believe there was a problem with your order, contact us at support@rvservicekit.com and include the email address used for purchase, the approximate purchase date, and a description of the issue.
Refunds are not guaranteed. Refunds may be denied where a packet has already been generated, delivered, or substantially prepared; where the issue resulted from incomplete or inaccurate customer-provided information; or where the request appears abusive, duplicative, or fraudulent.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Customer Materials
You retain ownership of the information, documents, links, and materials you submit.
You grant RV Service Escalation Kit permission to use submitted materials to generate your packet, provide customer support, improve the product, and maintain internal records.
11. Product Changes
RV Service Escalation Kit may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the product at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RV Service Escalation Kit is not responsible for losses, damages, missed deadlines, denied claims, unsuccessful complaints, repair outcomes, dealer responses, manufacturer responses, warranty provider responses, or decisions you make based on the packet.
