RV Service Escalation Kit

Privacy

This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We try to keep this short and plain.

What we collect

When you complete the intake, you provide information about yourself, your RV, the service issue, the dealer or manufacturer involved, your repair history, your communication history, the documents you have, and the outcome you are seeking. You may also paste links to supporting materials.

In a later release you will be able to upload supporting documents (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, TXT). In this version, uploads are not enabled.

Why we collect it

We use what you type to generate your RV Service Escalation Packet. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with dealers, manufacturers, warranty providers, or complaint channels.

How we handle uploaded materials

If you upload supporting documents in a future release, they are treated as supporting materials only. The product does not automatically read, parse, OCR, summarize, extract, or analyze uploaded files. The packet uses only the file name, the file type you selected, any label or description you provided, and the document types you checked.

How we store it

Your intake data is transmitted over HTTPS. We avoid logging full free-text fields in operational logs. Where we use third-party tools to receive intake data, generate the packet, or deliver email, we choose providers that support reasonable security practices.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Retention

We retain intake data only as long as needed to deliver your packet and provide customer support. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Children

This product is intended for adults purchasing on behalf of themselves or their household.
